Sembra quasi un corriere. Ma non c'è su Internet.
Mi iteressava più che altro sapere che non fosse qualcosa tipo il monitorino a 4 linee.

Comunque....stassera ne ordino un paio, se ci sono. Se qualcuno vuole unirsi....

continuo a non capire perché non vuoi provare con quello che hai già. Tra l'altro, con windoze dicono di utilizzare "Cygwin", che altro non è che una sorta di layer di compatibilità Unix su windoze: a quel punto, non vedo perché non utilizzare invece un Linux nativo (che è meglio...).

manda un mail a Børge e chiedigli se anche la AB1.1 supporta il display e nel caso se ha anche le schedine adatte... ;)

perchè il PC che ho è un rottame che neanche si avvia ed ha problemi hardware e quello che cito come nuovo è il notebook aziendale su cui non posso neanche pensare di fare pasticci linux

tentar non nuoce... se si accende ma non parte, facile che sia banalmente l'HDD danneggiato (o addirittura solo un problema software, con windoze a lungo andare è quasi la norma!).

ma quali pasticci!? ci infili un CD "live" e fai il boot da quello. L'HDD non lo tocchi neanche. Quando spegni non resta traccia!

ce n'è una marea. Come ti dicevo, anche il CD di installazione di Ubuntu può essere utilizzato come "live" (senza installare nulla). Se poi scarichi la versione su DVD, è ancora più completa. Oppure puoi usare il buon vecchio Knoppix, ecc. L'importante è che abbia un kernel >= 2.6.38.

Si, gli ho chiesto, sono le tasse norvegesi.

Per l'LCD, la scheda supporta un 1x16, basta (ma non ho provato, sto guardando lo schema) collegare il display agli appositi piedini che, a occhio e croce, dovrebbero essere quella serie di pin tra il modulo USB e la parete più vicina del contenitore.

io mi sono rotto 3/4 di cocomero co 'sto widget ... non funzia manco sul portatile winzoz dell'ufficio e siccome e' blindato e non mi lascia installare un bel niente senza la password di amministratore non posso neanche far girare l'eseguibile per controllare il firmware. mo' lo prendo e lo butto dalla finestra (computer, widget e gia' che ci sono pure l'altro pc vecchio). fanculo, ridatemi il mio mac.

muto in entrambe le modalità. il pc dell'ufficio lo lascio stare, provo a recuperare il vecchio PC e metterlo a posto eventualmente con linux

a questo punto, se in modalità UAC1 windows lo ha riconosciuto e configurato correttamente ma l'uscita è rimasta muta, temo proprio che ti sia capitato un esemplare difettoso (o che si è danneggiato durante il trasporto, ad es. qualche saldatura saltata). :(

Arrivato! ^_^

Ha funzionato al primo colpo senza fare nulla, sia in modalità UAC1 (LED verde) che UAC2 (LED rosso), utilizzando banalmente i tastini per passare dall'una all'altra. Non ho ancora neanche provato ad installare il software di controllo. :oops:

Ci sto' ascoltando or-ora i demo HD di 2L. Ancora non ho fatto confronti diretti con il mio NorthStar ed è presto per trarre qualsiasi conclusione definitiva, ma direi che suona più che bene! :up: :clap:

Siamo in odore di prenderne uno anche noi. Siamo in tre ma preferiamo valutare la cosa prima di fare una scelta definitiva. Per ora abbiamo sul banco la soluzione M2Tech. Appena arriva l'altra faremo dei confronti.
